beautiful cinematography. just loved everything about the ending and the final scenes, pure perfection. won bin: he portrays a mentally disabled person, yet he's still so darn sexy. yummay. i think i'm shallow enough to marry him just for his looks alone. jin ku is an eye candy as well even as a giant hole of the ass, sizzle sizzle. and that sexy ass homeless pedo-grandpa?! i kid.
bong joon ho doesn't disappoint. i guess to me, it was especially good because it came after the mind-boggling hit movie host. like seriously, what was everyone smoking? i don't think i'll ever understand what the big deal with that one was (other than the cast). but this was so good (as was the previous memories of murder). kim hye ja was amazing (but when is she not). great mystery suspense thriller, with flecks of humor spattered throughout. it's an unconventional portrayal of a mother's unconditional love for her child.
