Tuna Shrimp Fried Rice


  • 5 shrimps peeled and chopped into thirds
  • 1/2 can of white albacore tuna in water
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 scallion stalk chopped
  • minced onion
  • cayenne pepper
  • ground black pepper
  • teriyaki sauce
  • vietnamese fish sauce
  • sesame oil
i feel so girly. does that look good or what? just say it does and make me happy because i rarely cook. well i've been cooking a lot more often lately. i never had the patience to prep food and actually cook something in the past. 'cooking' entailed throwing something in the microwave. it's weird though, how things unexpectedly change as you get older.
