I hope the exit is joyful and I hope never to return

i just watched the movie frida again recently and remembered how much i loved it. salma hayek's beautiful, i've always liked alfred molina, and diego luna's in the movie too (albeit briefly), ohhhhhh yes. and he has sex with salma hayek: giggles!!! in a closet nonetheless :D but i digress...

frida kahlo was way ahead of her time and such an amazing human being! she was constantly in pain from various injuries and illnesses, yet she lived her life to the fullest. i love how she completely embraced her uniqueness, being totally unapologetic for who she was and unafraid to be different (an openly bisexual female artist in the early 1900s). how very kick ass of her.
