8:45 Heaven

this is korean rapper tiger jk and bizzy performing "8:45 heaven" for a radio program in korea. tiger jk (the one in the black shirt) is the guy who wrote the song; it's written for his grandmother who raised him, who passed away at 8:45. the lyrics to this song are heart breaking (yet uplifting at the same time). it's hard not to get emotional when listening to this song. it always makes me think of my own grandmother who passed away my sophomore year in high school. it was the first (and only) death of a loved one i had experienced, and it was tough because we had been living together for about 7 years. it's always with regret i remember her. there are so many things i wish i could've said to her before she passed away.

anyway, i was in the mood to listen to this song because i dreamt about my grandma last night. i rarely dream about her so it's always special when i do. <3

p.s. tiger jk and bizzy = hot hot hot. :P
